|-/STAY ALIVE\-|

Hi, I'm Ash and I'm a løcal dreamer. Music fuels my creativity and soul. I write things sometimes(all my writing is fictional and if I really knew Josh Hutcherson don't you think I'd have better things to do? ^_^)

Things you will most likely find here: Josh Hutcherson, Twenty One Pilots, THG, SPN, P!ATD, Shameless US, Justin Timberlake, Skins UK, for fracks sake I can't list it all. I like too many people and things and fandoms. Also, I can be a sarcastic asshole.

All of this Mockingjay stuff is really starting to get to me. Since we our babies will suffer through MJ pt 1, I thought I would just make them suffer more. Yeah, I know, you can hate me. Thats fine! LOL But we never had the opportunity to see Peeta pre-hyjacking so I was kinda curious and it got my mind going. This is Peeta before all the really bad crap happened to him, but I also I kinda wanted to give the impression that he knew what was going on in the arena and that Katniss would be rescued. I wanted him to protect her at all costs. I suck at writing but I wanted to get it out there anyways. Thanks for reading!!! <3 (I put a few lines from the Count Of Monte Cristo in here. I don’t want to get accused for copyright or anything.) ENJOY!!

I can’t believe I let her out of my sight. They tell me she is dead. They say The Girl On Fire has finally burned out, but I know better. I listened to the conversations in bypassing that there was a hack last week during a Panem Promotion. Beetee was the mastermind behind the intrusion and repeated a message from District 13, a district long thought destroyed, saying that The Mockingjay lives. It that single moment I have never been more relieved of anything.

She was okay.

She was alive and that is all that matters.

Johanna Mason: Statuesque Allure

The Capitol has outdone itself once again.  Still basking in the stoic radiance that was last year’s stunning Capitol Portraits, we here at Capitol Couture have nevertheless been waiting eagerly for the next wave of incredible images of our cherished elite. Fresh from the excitement of the most eventful Quarter Quell to date, we are thrilled and honored to present the new Capitol Living Portraits.

As our Quarter Quell victors, Peeta Mellark and Johanna Mason hold the distinct honor of being the first Capitol citizens featured within a Living Portrait.  Here we see Johanna in an exquisite Alon Livne creation that “juxtaposes the flowing drapery of classic statuary while the super modern and sculptural iridescent white bodice references the branch motif of the Panem Seal.”  With plunging lines and slits as daring and divine as the warrior woman herself, every element of Johanna’s ensemble (including her Alexander Wang shoes and hand-carved marble bangles by Chen Chen and Kai Williams) exudes her fierce strength and enduring pride- a true darling of the Capitol.

Already all the rage with the Capitol elite, Capitol families are lining up to view these astoundingly realistic hologram displays in person. Citizens can witness the artist’s hand-selected series of Living Portraits in person at SOCA this summer.

Peeta Mellark: Spirit of Strength

Capitol Couture has been waiting eagerly for the next wave of incredible images of our cherished elite, and here they are!

Peeta stands tall and true in his Living Portrait, his matte leather Unconditional ensemble showcasing a stone-like texture and channeling the victor’s quiet strength, completed by shirt and shoes courtesy of Maison Martin Margiela. The paper collar piece, designed by David Mason, mirrors the sculptural elements in Johanna’s dress and gives a stern ambiance to the baker’s son. With an unprecedented two victories under his belt, Peeta is no longer the boy who bravely faced the 74th Hunger Games, but a true Capitol hero.
